How to use the Movtech Classic Massage Gun?

The Movtech Classic massage gun helps muscle regeneration, reduces pain, and increases mobility. Follow the steps below for safe and effective use:

1. Choose the right massage head!

Different muscle groups require different treatments. Snap the desired head into place while the device is off.

2. Turn it on and select the intensity!

Turn on the device. Always start at the lowest settingand gradually increase the intensity as your muscles get used to the vibration. The Classic model's multiple speed settings allow for both gentle relaxation and deep tissue massage.

3. Massage technique

Don't press hard:Let the gun do the work. It's enough to gently touch it to your skin and move it slowly.

Continuous motion:Glide the device along the muscles lengthwise. Do not linger on one spot for more than 10-15 seconds, unless you are treating a specific "muscle knot" (trigger point).

Avoid bones:Use the massage gun exclusively on soft tissues (muscles)! Avoid joints, bony prominences (e.g., kneecap, spine), and neck arteries.

4. Duration

For warm-up:30 seconds per muscle group to awaken the muscles.

For post-workout recovery:2 minutes per muscle group to break down lactic acid and relieve stiffness.

For daily relaxation:Maximum 10-15 minutes on the entire body.

When not to use?

Do not use the device on inflamed areas, over varicose veins, in case of a fresh injury (tear, fracture), or if you experience skin damage. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or physical therapist!

Tip:Charge the device after use so that it is at full capacity for your next workout!

Elit Massage Gun

Modell: Elit

The most powerful MOVTECH massage gun

The Elit is the flagship model of the product line. It operates with 40 kg of motor force and a 13 mm amplitude, providing the stroke length necessary for deep muscle massage. The 30 speed settings mean you can adjust it continuously from the gentlest, waking vibration to the most intense deep tissue work, rather than in just 3-4 jumps.

Who is it for?

For massage therapists and practitioners who work on multiple clients daily and cannot afford for the device to run out of power halfway through. For competitive athletes and coaches who need a daily recovery tool. And for everyone who wants the best.

Technical specifications

Motor force: 40 kg pressure load
Amplitude: 13 mm
Speed: 30 levels
Battery: 6–10 hours of runtime
Noise level: 45 dB

How to use the Movtech Elit massage gun

The Movtech Elit massage gun is a recovery device designed to work through your muscles; it is not a medical device. Follow the steps below for safe and effective use:

1. Choose the right massage head

Different muscle groups need different handling. Snap the head you want into place while the device is switched off.

2. Switch it on and choose the intensity

Switch on the device. Always start at the lowest setting, then gradually increase the intensity as your muscles get used to the vibration. The Elit model's multiple speed levels allow for both gentle relaxation and deep tissue massage.

3. Massage technique

Don't press hard: Let the gun do the work. It's enough to touch it lightly to the skin and move it slowly.

Keep it moving: Glide the device along the length of the muscles. Don't stay on one spot for more than 10-15 seconds, unless you are working on a specific "muscle knot" (trigger point).

Avoid bones: Use the massage gun on soft tissue (muscles) only! Avoid joints, bony areas (e.g. the kneecap and spine) and the blood vessels of the neck.

4. Duration

For warm-up: 30 seconds per muscle group to wake the muscles up.

For post-workout recovery: 2 minutes per muscle group.

For daily relaxation: Up to 10-15 minutes for the whole body.

When not to use it

Do not use the device on inflamed areas, over varicose veins, on a fresh injury (tear, fracture) or on broken skin. If you are unsure, ask your doctor or physiotherapist!

Tip: Charge the device after use so it's ready at full capacity next time!

229 értékelés a négy modellre

A 20 fejnek hála minden testrészre megvan a megfelelő eszközöm.

Edzo.profiElit

Olyan halk, hogy tévé mellett is használom esténként, a párom észre sem veszi.

Robi.KPro+

TamasiqPro+

Elég erős a kicsi AIR Mini?

Igen.

Mit tartalmaz a csomag?

A masszázspisztolyt, a modelltől függően 7–20 fejet, hordozótáskát, töltőt, ajándék kenőolajat és az online alapozó kurzust. A pontos listát fent, a vásárlási blokkban találod.

Mennyire hangos?

42–45 dB, nagyjából egy halk beszélgetés szintje.

Kipróbálhatom vásárlás előtt?

Igen, az Elit 10 vagy 30 napra bérelhető.

Mit tartalmaz az 1 éves garancia?

Mind a négy modellre 1 év garancia jár. Ha gond van, magyar ügyfélszolgálatunk intézi: +36 20 586 3241.
