ReBorn cream
- Apply to clean skin, ideally after a bath or shower, when your pores are open.
- Use about 1 measuring spoon of cream (about 5 ml / a walnut-sized amount), and apply it generously to the area you want to target.
- Use it 2-3 times a day, for the best results you can even apply it 4-5 times.
- Massage it in firmly, until it is fully absorbed (so it won't stain your clothes either).
- For external use only, avoid contact with the eyes! Do not store in the fridge. Due to the essential oils, it may rarely cause skin redness, so it's worth doing a patch test first.
*Results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person!
Knee Pro knee brace (gift)
For maximum effectiveness and comfort, follow this simple process:
1. Positioning: Sit down and bend your knee slightly. Place the Knee Pro on your knee so that your kneecap sits exactly between the two inner silicone straps (in the middle of the opening).
2. Fastening the lower strap: Pull the lower hook-and-loop strap through the buckle and fasten it tightly enough to hold firmly below the kneecap, but without restricting blood flow.
3. Fastening the upper strap: Repeat the process with the upper strap. This keeps the "nest" around your kneecap stable.
4. Fine-tuning: Stand up and take a few steps. If it feels too tight when you bend your knee, loosen the straps. The goal is stable but comfortable compression.
Cleaning tip: To keep your Knee Pro in good shape for a long time, we recommend hand washing in lukewarm, soapy water. Avoid using a tumble dryer, and leave it to dry naturally, laid flat!
BELTT waist belt (gift)
1. Positioning: While standing, place the wider (reinforced) middle part of the belt on your lower back, right at the waist, so that it lies evenly along your spine.
2. Basic fastening: Pull the two ends of the belt forward and fasten them at your stomach with the main hook-and-loop strap. Make sure it gives firm support, but isn't so tight that it restricts your breathing or movement!
3. Fine-tuning the tension: Take the outer, elastic extra tension straps, pull them forward to the tightness you want, then fasten them to the hook-and-loop area on the front of the belt as well. This lets you fully tailor the level of compression and support to yourself and the task at hand.
4. When and how long should you wear it? Use it during physical work, lifting heavier objects, training, or long periods of standing or sitting, when your lower back needs extra stability. (Tip: Don't wear it continuously, 24 hours a day or while sleeping, so that your own deep muscles stay active too!)
BACKO posture corrector (gift)
BACKO gently pulls your shoulders and upper back backwards, so the light pull of the straps reminds you to drop your shoulders and straighten up.
- Put it on and adjust the straps to your body shape.
- At first, wear it for 20–30 minutes a day, and later you can increase this to 1–2 hours a day.
- Wearing it continuously all day or while sleeping is not recommended.
