How to use the Vacu-Holder?

1. Surface preparation: Clean and thoroughly dry the chosen smooth surface and the suction cup, ensuring they are dust-free.

2. Vacuum fastening: Press the holder onto the wall at the appropriate height, then push down the locking lever to create the brutally strong vacuum.

3. Inserting the gun: Slide the handle of your massage gun into the holder bracket and tighten the clamp to ensure the device is stable and vibration-free.

4. Massage: Turn on the device, lean into it gently with your body weight, and direct the vibration precisely to the painful muscle knots. After use, the holder can be removed without a trace by releasing the lever.
