• a thin, even layer is sufficient to cover the area being treated
• too much gel absorbs the energy of the waves
• too little reduces effectiveness and increases the risk of skin irritation
• other substances (body lotion, oil) are not suitable for this

It cannot be used through clothing. The head should be placed directly on bare skin, because clothing absorbs some of the waves, preventing the energy from being transmitted properly. It also cannot be used over bandages or plasters.

The device features pre-set programs for each body area with pulse counts and intensities adjusted to the expected muscle depth of the given area. It is advisable to start with these, and you should not exceed the factory program values or those specified in the user manual.

Always start at the lowest setting and increase it gradually, adjusting it to your own tolerance level.

The treatment should not be painful. If you feel sharp pain, lower the energy level or frequency.

The energy level and frequency can be adjusted separately, and it is also recommended to choose the treatment head according to the area. A smaller head feels stronger at the same setting.

For more sensitive skin surfaces, use the rubber head or the rubber attachment that can be placed over the metal head, as this dampens the pulse. Using the rubber attachment is not mandatory; the device can also be used with the metal head.

For general use, 1–3 sessions per week are recommended.

Do not treat the same area daily; allow it to rest between sessions.

A session usually lasts 10–15 minutes. Within this time, multiple separate areas can be treated, but do not treat the entire body at once. Follow the device’s recommended time, number of pulses, and intensity for each area: excessive or too intense use may cause skin irritation, pain, swelling, or bruising.

One program can generally be started immediately after another, as the device cools during operation. For longer, continuous use, take a short break approximately every 30 minutes. If the device indicates overheating or shuts down automatically, wait until it cools down.

More frequent use should only be considered after consultation with a specialist.

A tapping, pulsing sensation that intensifies with the level. It does not break the skin: the head remains on the surface and does not penetrate.

Temporary redness, slight swelling, or sensitivity may occur in the treated area, but this usually subsides within a short time.

If bruising, persistent pain, or numbness occurs, stop use, and if the symptoms do not fade, consult a doctor.

• in case of active infection in the area to be treated
• in case of cancerous lesions in the area to be treated
• during pregnancy

• there is brain or nerve tissue near the area to be treated
• the lungs or pleura fall within the area to be treated
• you have a severe blood clotting disorder or are taking anticoagulants
• there is growth cartilage in the area to be treated (childhood and adolescence)

Do not treat bony surfaces, joints, open wounds, or inflamed skin, and avoid the head, the front of the neck, and the genital area.

Around the knee, elbow, or heel, do not aim the head at the protruding bone or directly at the joint; instead, target the surrounding muscles. Selecting the appropriate point requires anatomical knowledge.

After treatment, wipe the gel off the treatment head and skin. Clean the heads with a slightly damp cloth or disinfectant wipe, then wipe dry.

Do not immerse the device body in water, and always switch it off and unplug it from the mains before cleaning.

Store in the carrying case in a dry, cool place. If the device malfunctions, do not disassemble it, but contact our customer service.
