How to use it

Sit on the Dyner cushion with your spine straight and your feet firmly on the ground. Allow the cushion to tilt slightly beneath you, so your core muscles automatically begin to work to maintain balance. If you are using it for exercise, place the cushion on the floor or an exercise bench and perform stabilizing or balance-developing exercises on it. Start with shorter durations, then gradually increase use as your body gets accustomed to the active load.
