How to use it

1. Connection:Connect the chiller to your ice bath, which has already been filled with water, using the hoses (can be used with any compatible cold plunge tub).

2. Setting the temperature:Turn on the system and select the target temperature on the digital display (even the extreme 5°C).

3. Automatic cooling and filtration:The machine will start to cool, circulate, and filter the water. All you have to do is wait until it reaches the set temperature.

4. Continuous maintenance:Take your plunge, and when you're done, simply leave it on! The system automatically keeps the water clean and cold, so it's ready for your next plunge without needing to add ice.
