What is this product, and how does it work?

The STRAIL stretching strap is a belt featuring a hook-and-loop foot cradle at one end and a series of grip loops along its length. You place your foot in the cradle, grasp one of the loops, and use your arm to stretch your leg. The loops provide progressive levels: the closer the loop you grab, the greater the stretch. This is a wellness and sports accessory, not a medical device, and it does not replace medical treatment or physical therapy.

Who do we recommend it for? Can a beginner use it too?

For athletes, those with sedentary jobs, and anyone looking to work on their flexibility. It is especially good for beginners because you don't need to reach your feet with the strap: the loops compensate for a lack of flexibility. This makes stretching more precise and prevents the back from rounding. Start with the furthest loop and work your way closer from there.

1. Lie on your back, place your foot into the foot cradle, and tighten the velcro strap. 2. Grasp one of the handles and slowly raise your leg until you feel a comfortable stretch. 3. Hold for 20–30 seconds, breathing calmly. 4. Slowly lower your leg and repeat with the other leg. Never bounce while stretching, and do not hold your breath.

How long and how often should I stretch with it?

A stretching session is about 10–15 minutes. It can be done 1-2 times a day, for example in the morning and after a workout. Consistency matters for improving flexibility, not a single long stretch. 4-5 short sessions a week are more beneficial than one long session per week.

Can I use it before and after training?

Yes, but differently. before training: shorter, more dynamic stretching; do not hold a position for a long time after training or on a rest day: longer, static stretching Do not stretch cold muscles intensely: it is more effective and safer after a few minutes of warm-up.

What size is it, and what are its features?

belt length: 100 cm, width: 3.7 cm 6 handle loops: 15.5 cm, 18 cm, 18 cm, 17 cm, 17 cm, 18 cm foot pouch height: 23 cm, foot section length from heel: 30 cm extra strong velcro fastening color: black

When is its use NOT recommended?

Do not use and consult your doctor beforehand if any of the following apply: recent muscle or tendon injury, strain recent surgery or bone fracture in the lower extremities acute arthritis herniated disc or severe lower back pain joint laxity, instability reduced sensation in the legs pregnancy, if positions lying on the stomach or involving intense stretching are uncomfortable Improper use includes bouncing stretches, stretching to the point of pain, and using with damaged Velcro or a torn belt.

How should I clean and store it?

Hand wash in lukewarm water. Close the velcro before washing to prevent it from snagging or pilling. Dry at room temperature, away from radiators and direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry or iron. Store in a dry place, loosely rolled. Always check the seams and velcro before use.
