1. Positioning: While standing, place the central, wider (reinforced) part of the lumbar support belt on your lower back, directly on your waistline, ensuring it lies evenly along your spine.
2. Basic Fastening: Pull both ends of the belt forward and secure it at your abdomen with the main hook-and-loop fastener. Make sure it provides firm support, but isn't so tight that it restricts free breathing or movement!
3. Fine-tuning Tightness: Grasp the outer, elastic extra tension straps, pull them forward to your desired tightness, then secure them on the hook-and-loop surface at the front of the belt. This allows you to fully customize the level of compression and support to yourself and the current activity.
4. When and for how long should you wear it? Use it during physical work, lifting heavy objects, exercise, or prolonged standing/sitting work when your lower back needs extra stability. (Tip: Do not wear it continuously, 24 hours a day or while sleeping, to keep your own core muscles active!)
