What is this product, and how does it work?

The BELTT waist belt is a lumbar support belt featuring four steel stays that supports the lower back and limits extreme movements. The belt does not hold the body in your place: it serves as a reminder and provides support, while your muscles must perform the work. This is a wellness device, not a medical device, and it does not replace medical care or physical therapy.

For those with sedentary jobs, those who stand or lift heavy objects frequently, athletes, and anyone who wants to be mindful of lower back strain. If you have any musculoskeletal complaints, consult your doctor or physical therapist before wearing it. Not suitable for children.

How should I put it on, and how tight should I fasten it?

Wear it over a thin t-shirt or directly on the skin, then tighten the velcro straps until you feel firm but comfortable support. Do not pull it too tight: if it pinches, chafes, causes numbness, or makes breathing difficult, loosen it. Move around in it for a few minutes, and if it slips or rolls up, adjust the straps.

How long should I wear it daily?

Start with 20–30 minutes a day, then gradually increase it. It is worth wearing during strenuous activities (lifting, standing for long periods, gardening), and removing it afterward. Continuous, all-day wear is not recommended, as the core muscles will become reliant on the support.

Can I wear it under my clothes and exercise in it?

Can be worn under clothing; its slim profile makes it inconspicuous under most garments. Suitable for light movement or walking. Not intended for intense, fast-paced exercise involving twisting motions: it may restrict natural movement in such cases. If you wish to use it during exercise, please test it at a low intensity first.

What does the product do?

flexible, breathable fabric with 4 built-in steel stays double velcro fastening size: XS–XL, unisex, adjustable hand wash in cold water, without detergent

When is its use NOT recommended?

Do not use and consult your doctor beforehand if any of the following apply: acute muscle injury, inflammation, or recent pain recent surgery or injured area under the belt severe spinal condition, significant curvature, or vertebral deformity dermatitis, irritated or damaged skin under the belt heart or circulatory disease breathing difficulties pregnancy Do not wear while sleeping.

What counts as misuse?

tightening it too much continuous all-day wear wearing it while sleeping wearing it despite pain or numbness use with damaged Velcro or a torn strap If the skin under the belt becomes red or chafed, wear a thin t-shirt underneath and reduce the time you wear it.

Can it be used by multiple people?

Yes, because the size is adjustable and it has a unisex design. For hygiene reasons, wear a thin t-shirt underneath, and wash it before changing. Naturally, it should only be worn by one person at a time.

How should I wash and store it?

Hand wash in lukewarm or cold water. Do not machine wash, do not spin-dry, and do not iron. Close the velcro fasteners before washing to prevent them from snagging or pilling. Air dry at room temperature, away from radiators and direct sunlight. Store in a dry place, laid flat or loosely rolled.
