Payment FAQ
1. How can I pay, what are the payment methods?
You can pay by cash on delivery, credit card, or bank transfer.
2. Is there a COD fee?
There is no separate cash on delivery fee. The shipping fee is: 1990 ft
3. I have a coupon, how do I redeem it?
You can use the coupon code on the cart page by clicking on the "Apply Coupon Code" link in the top right corner of the screen. After this, you need to enter the coupon code in the "Redeem Coupon Code" field exactly as it appears in the promotional description (case-sensitive).
It is important to check the terms and validity period associated with each coupon code in the coupon code details. Make sure that the coupon code is valid for the product or product category you wish to purchase, and pay attention to the validity period.
If for some reason the coupon redemption fails, please contact our customer service and clearly state the product you wish to purchase and the coupon code, so we can assist you with the redemption.
4. Using Coupons
Coupon Code – Terms of Use
The following conditions apply to the use of coupon codes provided by Movtech.
Please read them carefully before every purchase:
1. Minimum Basket Value
Coupon codes can only be redeemed if the total value of your order is at
least twice the value of the coupon.

For example: a coupon code worth HUF 5,000 can only be used if the total price of the items in the basket
(without discounts) reaches at least HUF 10,000.
2. Valid for Full-Priced Items Only
Coupons can only be used for full-priced items.

The discount cannot be applied to promotional, discounted, bundle offers, or gift card type
products.

If the basket contains both promotional and full-priced items, the coupon only applies to the full-priced
item(s).
3. Single Use / Per Person
Each coupon code can only be used once per customer.
The system filters repeated attempts based on, among other things, email address, IP address, and order data.
4. Cannot be combined with other discounts
Our coupon codes cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, or sales.

The system automatically validates the first code entered and excludes the others.
5. Not applicable retroactively
Coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

Please check before purchasing that you have properly activated the code in your basket or at checkout.
6. Expiration Date
All coupon codes are valid for a specified period. (This will be precisely stated in the email). After the expiration date, the coupon cannot be used, even if it remained in the basket.
7. In case of return, coupon value will be deducted proportionally
If you return a part of the ordered item(s), and the order no longer meets the minimum value threshold, the value of the coupon will be proportionally deducted from the refund.
8. In case of technical issues
If you were unable to redeem the coupon code due to a technical or system error, please contact us before placing your order. Subsequent crediting is not possible.
9. Coupon code value cannot be exchanged for cash
The coupon code cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be claimed retroactively, and cannot be transferred to another user.

At what amounts can coupon codes be used?
Coupon codes can be used for purchases with a minimum value of HUF 10,000 and a maximum value of HUF 500,000. The coupon cannot be redeemed for orders with a total value lower or higher than this range.

5. How does payment by bank transfer work?
To transfer, select "bank transfer" from the payment methods at checkout. We will send you a proforma invoice by email, and please send the money to the bank account number indicated on it. Please include the invoice number in the comment field.
6. How can I pay by card?
You can pay by credit card with the GLS courier.
However, if you prefer to be safe and want to pay in advance, then
choose the bank transfer payment method.
At most parcel points, you can pay with cash and credit card, and at automated parcel lockers, you can only pay with a credit card.
7. How will I receive the invoice?
For every purchase, a paper invoice is issued, which you will find in your
package. If you do not find the invoice, please notify us, and we will send it to
you by email.
8. Can a payment request be initiated?
Unfortunately, we cannot initiate a payment request. Our ordering
and billing processes operate on an automated system, which does not allow for
the sending of individual payment requests or subsequent payment links.
9. How can I purchase with a health fund card?
The following products are eligible for reimbursement from a health fund:
- All massage guns
- Shockwave therapy device
- Ultrasound device
- Multi Scrapper
- Smart Cupper
- Cupper
When placing your order, you must provide the health fund's details and your member ID in the billing information. You can place your order on our website or send the order details by email to: info@movtech.hu.
Important! For bank transfer payments, the health fund requires the transfer receipt to be attached for invoice acceptance!
