1. Is There a Warranty for the Massage Gun?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you experience any issues, simply contact us and we will help resolve the problem.
Please note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental drops, breakage, being stepped on, or any other improper use of the product.
2. Manufacturer’s Warranty Period
Movtech™ Massage Guns are manufactured using high-quality industrial-grade components designed for long-term durability.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer's warranty covers the following periods:
- Massage Gun Device and Charger: 1 year
- Lithium Batteries: 6 months
- Replaceable Massage Heads: 1 year
3. How Long Is the Manufacturer’s Warranty Valid?
Please note that if you disassemble the device yourself or attempt to have it repaired by a third party, the manufacturer's warranty becomes void.
In such cases, we are unable to process a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
If you experience any malfunction, please contact us directly before attempting any repairs.
4. Battery Warranty
All lithium batteries are covered by a 6-month manufacturer's warranty, regardless of the massage gun model.
If the massage gun itself develops a fault (rather than the battery), we will replace it free of charge within the applicable warranty period.
To maximize battery lifespan:
- Do not leave the battery on the charger after it has reached full charge.
- Use the device regularly. Leaving it unused for six months without powering it on is not recommended.
- If possible, use the device at least once per week.
- Recharge only when the battery is depleted or below approximately 20%.
5. The Battery Percentage Does Not Decrease Evenly. How Accurate Is It?
The battery indicator does not decrease in 1% increments.
The display updates in approximately 20% intervals.
For example, if the battery level changes from 90% to 70%, this is completely normal and not a manufacturing defect.
However, if the battery level suddenly drops by 30–50%, this may indicate a battery-related issue.
6. The Massage Gun Won’t Turn On
If both the battery and charger indicators show a green light, the issue is most likely related to the battery no longer holding a charge.
Battery lifespan can decrease significantly if it is stored in a fully discharged state for extended periods.
To maximize battery longevity, fully recharge the lithium battery every 20–30 days, even when not in regular use.
Failure to do so may shorten battery lifespan and could affect warranty eligibility.
To extend battery life:
- Do not leave it connected to the charger after reaching full charge.
- Use the device regularly.
- Recharge only when the battery is low or below 20%.
- Never charge the massage gun while it is switched on.
Damage caused by charging the device while powered on is not covered under warranty.
8. I Broke the Battery Release Button. What Should I Do?
In the product usage section, we provide a detailed 2-minute instructional video explaining the correct battery replacement procedure.
Important:
The battery fits tightly into the main unit to prevent loosening and connection issues caused by vibration.
As a result, a firm pulling force is required while holding the massage gun head securely.
To remove the battery:
- Press the black battery release button at the designated recessed area.
- While holding the button down, firmly pull the battery outward.
Only press the button within the designated recessed area.
Do not apply force to the top of the button, as this may cause it to shift or break.
Please note:
- If the release button is damaged due to improper use, repair costs are:7,500 HUF + shipping costs
- Battery lifespan decreases significantly if stored in a discharged state.
For maximum longevity, fully recharge the battery every 20–30 days.
Failure to do so may void battery warranty coverage.
Replacement or repair of a damaged battery release button caused by improper use is not covered by warranty.
Repair fee: 5,000 HUF + shipping costs
9. Can the Massage Gun Lose Performance Over Time?
Movtech™ Massage Guns feature reinforced motor mounting and internal metal support structures.
This allows them to deliver significantly higher torque than many comparable products.
However, if excessive force is continuously applied against the body during use, the device may temporarily lose power or even stop, depending on the amount of pressure being applied.
10. What Happens If the Courier Service Makes a Mistake?
Under our Warranty Plus Service, we take full responsibility for lost or damaged shipments.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement immediately and without question.
You will not need to deal with any additional paperwork, claims, or communication with the courier.
11. Can You Provide a Replacement Unit During Repairs?
If you purchased our Warranty Plus Service, we can provide a replacement massage gun while your device is being serviced.
This ensures that you are never without a massage gun during the repair process.
We will arrange a direct package exchange:
- Your faulty device will be collected.
- A replacement device will be delivered.
- All shipping and exchange costs are covered by us.
You will not need to pay anything additional.
