Delivery FAQ

1. How do I change the shipping address?

by e-mail, for example, as a reply to the order confirmation e-mail, or by phone. After the package has been dispatched, you will be able to modify the delivery by clicking on the link in the message you received from GLS.

2. When is the courier coming?

Delivery can take place at any time between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the given day. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS notification from the courier service informing you of the three-hour time slot during which you can expect the courier. This helps you plan your day easily.

3. Will the courier call upon delivery?

He doesn't always call. However, on the morning of delivery, you will receive an SMS containing the delivery time slot, which will also include the courier's contact information. This allows you to contact the courier by phone if you have any questions or requests regarding the delivery.

4. What happens if I'm not home when the courier arrives?

In such cases, GLS will attempt to deliver the package on two consecutive business days.
If the redelivery is also unsuccessful, the
package will be returned to us.

5. Can someone else receive the package on my behalf if I am unavailable?

Yes, anyone can collect the package on your behalf, even without authorization,
if you are not available at the specified address at the time indicated by the courier service.
Please ensure that someone can receive it on your behalf
so that it doesn't have to be returned.

6. Can I also request the package to a pick-up point?

Yes, you can also request delivery to GLS ParcelShops. You can select the ParcelShop using the GLS map search during the ordering process. You can collect your shipment from the ParcelShop within 5 days during its opening hours.

7. Did I provide incorrect billing information? Is there an option to correct it?

Of course. In this case, please send the correct billing
details via email. If the order has not yet been processed, the invoice will be issued with the modified
details. If the courier has already picked up the package, we will send the cancellation and the new invoice via email.

8. International Shipping

For international deliveries, payment is made by bank transfer
based on a proforma invoice. We can deliver to all EU member states,
for a fee of: 4,990 Ft. Packages are delivered by GLS courier service. The
delivery time is 4-5 business days after payment is received.
